... was a busy one! Caught another stunning sunrise on the East coast,
then it was up North for some 'single bladed' work in canoes. Keith has been on the Island since Saturday, running coaching sessions to our Adventure Club members, and delivering session to our Coaches as part of our ongoing Coach Development program.

Culminating in the 1st session of the November Discover Sea Kayaking course
and then its off to prep for the next day on the water...
