We ran an exciting Coasteering session this morning, around Peel Castle, before our mixed team rowed in the Viking Longboat World Championships this afternoon...
...plenty of adrenaline pumping round the body, a physically demanding session...
...so we were were nicely warmed up for the rowing in the afternoon! : )
A really enjoyable day, looking forward to tomorrow's paddling from Peel.
