We were out last night off Peel, with two of the teams who have entered the Amateur Adventure Race on 22nd September, completing their FREE sea kayak training session.
It involved a trip along the coast, and back again, covering more than the total race distance of 9km, comfortable in the two hour period, including sightseeing, breaks, and finishing with some wet skills at Fenella Beach. And we kept the pace relaxed...
Can't wait to see 'Hot Porky's Crawlers' and the 'Bosum Buddies' on race day!
