Nedbank Team Collaboration

NEW Risk Utilisation Program ignites Corporate Team

A bespoke decision making programme was delivered for the first time in the
Isle of Man for Nedbank Private Wealth International, (15 th & 16 th May)
involving work teams from Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man.

From 8:30am pickup at Nedbank Private Wealth International (Hill Street) day
1 through to close at 6pm the following day, twelve team members completed
the highly challenging and exciting two days: evaluating, planning, physical
training and team mission through Adventure Sports. The programme utilised
the long-term benefits of real-time decision making, empowering all
participants in choosing their training areas, and provided immediate feedback
(or consequences) when put into action!

"...unlike any other team collaboration program previously run by the
business... physically and mentally more demanding however it was extremely enjoyable at the same time." Craig Duncan, New Business Executive

"By working together on the experience we all achieved so much, both on a personal and physical level..." Joanne Preston, Investment Administrator

"It was one of the most challenging things I’ve done..." Lucy Willers, Private Banker

"Getting to know and building strong relationships with the rest of the team was the real highlight for me." Andy Shephard, Information Security Analyst

Catch you on the water soon : )
