Sea kayaking
Surfing at Port Erin, with boat control practice in the wind
Ian Moon gives his expert advice on "incident management" covered at the SKUK symposium last week end
More Relaxed sea kayaking during the week, hiding from the wind with two university reunions
And with the jellyfish returning, it looks like summer is getting close...
"hopefully we will be seeing basking sharks in our water soon" Kim Tastagh
Perhaps we will... (this photo was taken a few summers ago by Adventurous Experiences in Port Erin)

Youth Scholarship Training
The guys wanted to go Coasteering on their training this week... with a twist.
They had to manage themselves over the difficult landscape as a team, supervised by Sam
Through large gaps normally covered by water
Carrying all their equipment with them in waterproof dry bags
So they could have a shower
And practice their camping skills by cooking a meal after the trip.
Good effort again guys, lets see what next week brings!

Recent Adventures
while making use of the local rock formations
John Keggin ran a very successful 2 star training open boating course over 2 weekends
"The guys did very well working on 2
star skills in open boats and manoevering in the wind in Ramsey harbour before
heading up the sheltered water on the Sulby river" John Keggin
The Youth Scholarship's spent their evening planing their next bundle of training sessions, and Duke of Edinburgh related tasks.
Always looking forwards at Adventurous Experiences
