I'm not convinced this time slot will catch on... although conditions were perfect!

Adventure Club Sea Kayak Training

Tim (a regular member of our team) is gearing up for his 5* Sea Assessment in May. Leadership roles on sessions with the Adventure Club is giving him plenty of experience in Advanced conditions : )

Practice Expedition - around the Isle of Man

A few days of contrasting weather conditions provided some great decision making opportunities and learning points, regulating body temperature became one of the key themes....

Coaching people, Changing perspectives.

The development and leadership training program provides scholarships (including 18 months of adventure training, throughout the winter as well as the summer months) culminating in the team of Manx students undertaking an overseas expedition.

Delivered by Adventurous Experiences in association with Conister Bank, the team will be heading to Vancouver Island for their expedition in just a few weeks time.

 

 A huge well done to the team, a big thank you to Emma, Andy and Gerry and apologies from me...

I forgot to put the memory card in the camera for day 4, a stunning hike from Niarbyl to Port Erin!
