Nedbank Team Collaboration



NEW Risk Utilisation Program ignites Corporate Team


A bespoke decision making programme was delivered for the first time in the
Isle of Man for Nedbank Private Wealth International, (15 th & 16 th May)
involving work teams from Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man.

From 8:30am pickup at Nedbank Private Wealth International (Hill Street) day
1 through to close at 6pm the following day, twelve team members completed
the highly challenging and exciting two days: evaluating, planning, physical
training and team mission through Adventure Sports. The programme utilised
the long-term benefits of real-time decision making, empowering all
participants in choosing their training areas, and provided immediate feedback
(or consequences) when put into action!

Anglesey Sea Kayak Symposium


Anglesey Symposium (3rd - 10th May) - Advanced Tidal Races


A team from the Isle of Man were at the Anglesey Symposium (experienced paddlers from the Adventure Club and Keirron and Tim from our coaching team) joining the 130 participants from around the world, at this magnificent venue : )

 


Experiences and Skills Development in the Isle of Man

After a solid week of coaching in a variety of advanced water locations around Anglesey, including Puffin Island, The Stacks, Skerries... British Canoeing Advanced Water Leader training and assessments... I headed back to the Isle of Man for a busy weekend!



 It really is such a pleasure to work and spend time with people who want to enjoy life.
