Chimp Paradox - workshops with Leonie Lightfoot
A few of our Coaching team attending the Friday evening lecture at the Gaiety Theatre, where Leonie introduced the Chimp Paradox model (Sport Psychology), and ways to Manage the Chimp!
I then attended the Saturday morning workshop, where Leonie (Lay-ne) addressed specifically Maximising Performance by Managing the Chimp in Adolescents.
Terrifically engaging workshop and a subject where there is much more to learn : 0
Junior Paddlesport
Saturday afternoon's training sessions at Western Swimming Pool, Peel.
Four back to back sessions, Junior Paddlesport students from 6yrs upwards, and Adults Paddlesport training also running at the other end of the pool. Next week is the last sessions in this training block, till 7th January!
